GOVERNMENT GRANTS
Since its launch in August 2006, the Australian Government's LPG Vehicle Scheme has helped hundreds of thousands of Australians to successfully switch to LPG motoring.
The following grants are available subject to eligibility criteria:
1. Grants for LPG conversions of registered vehicles:

| $1,750 | Between 1 July 2009 and 30 June 2010 |
| $1,500 | Between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011 |
| $1,250 | Between 1 July 2011 and 30 June 2012 |
| $1,000 | Between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013 |
| $1,000 | Between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2014 |
2. Grants for the purchase of new vehicles fitted with LPG before first registration:
